In accordance with European legislation, you can withdraw from the contract stipulated with Revée within 14 days from the date of delivery of the products, by contacting our operators at +39 011 898 1276 and by sending an e-mail to info@revee.it attaching the following form.

Return conditions You have the right to request to return products within 14 days of receiving the order. The products must be returned without delay, no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw from the contract with Revée. We inform you that the return shipping costs will be at your expense.

Returned products must be: 

• intact, in their original packaging, complete with all their parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories: labels, seals, etc.), not damaged, altered, used, washed or dry cleaned.
• Returned items that are not intact and do not comply with the above shall not be accepted. Furthermore, if you wish to return a product, we kindly ask you not to use it only as much as reasonably necessary to decide whether to keep it or not.

We kindly remind you that the consumer is the only one responsible for the decreased value of the goods resulting from their manipulation —if other than the one needed to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods—.

Return procedure

1. Please fill in all fields below to help us identify your order and facilitate the refund process;
2. Use the return label and send the product(s) to our operations centre; shipping costs will be at your expense;
3. Once we have received the returned item(s), we will proceed to: – check the returned products to verify compliance with the above conditions; – refund the payment within 14 days of receiving the products, if compliant.
4. Non-compliant products will be returned to the sender; the shipping costs will be charged to them, as well as the price of the product in case it has already been refunded. If you bought two products together and received a 15% discount on the combined purchase, and then decide to return only one of the two products, such discount will be deducted from the refund you will receive.

By notifying us that you wish to return a product, you will be entitled to a refund of the full amount of the payment charged, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs applied if you have chosen delivery methods other than the cheapest standard delivery method proposed by Revée), no later than 14 days from the date on which you communicated your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or until you have provided us with proof of having returned the products —whichever of the two circumstances occurs first— and the appropriate conditions of the product have been verified.

The refund will take place with the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Items excluded from the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal can be exercised in relation to any product purchased on the Revée e-shop, with the exception of:

• items that are tailor-made or clearly personalized, or that are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly,
• sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons or for health protection ones and that, after the delivery, have been opened or were inseparably mixed with other goods.
