Should you have any issue with the size indicated in your order, you may request a size change within 14 days of receiving the product. You can do so by contacting our operators at +39 011 898 1276 and by sending an email to info@revee.it attaching the following form.

Return conditions You have the right to request to return products within 14 days of receiving the order. We inform you that the return shipping costs will be at your expense. We would like to point out that the delivery (standard delivery: 24-48 hours in Italy, 48-72 hours abroad) of the replacement product will be free of charge and you will not incur any additional shipping costs.

Returned products must be : 

  • Intact, in their original packaging, complete with all their parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories: labels, seals, etc.), not damaged, altered, used, washed or dry cleaned.
  • Returned items that are not intact and do not comply with the above shall not be accepted. Furthermore, if you wish to return a product, we kindly ask you not to use it only as much as reasonably necessary to decide whether to keep it or not.

We kindly remind you that the consumer is the only one responsible for the decreased value of the goods resulting from their manipulation —if other than the one needed to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods—.

Size change procedure:

  1. Please fill in all fields below to help us identify your order and facilitate the size change process;
  2. Use the return label and send the product(s) to our operations centre; shipping costs will be at your expense;
  3. Once we have received the returned item(s), we will proceed to: – check the returned products to verify compliance with the above conditions; – refund the payment within 14 days of receiving the products, if compliant.
  4. Non-compliant products will be returned to the sender; the shipping costs will be charged to them, as well as the price of the product in case it has already been refunded. If you bought two products together and received a 15% discount on the combined purchase, and then decide to return only one of the two products, such discount will be deducted from the refund you will receive.

By informing us that you wish to replace a product, you will have to indicate in the appropriate form the size and colour of the replacement product. As soon as we receive the product to be replaced and we verify its integrity, the replacement product will be shipped to you, within the terms established for the cheapest standard shipping method proposed by Revée (without prejudice to your request for a quicker shipment, to be expressly specified; please note that you will be charged the price difference compared to the standard shipping).

If you return a product but fail to fill in the form correctly or if the replacement product is not available, your replacement request will be considered as a right of withdrawal and will follow the methods indicated in the corresponding section.

Should the product replacement be urgent, we suggest that you return the product to be replaced following the procedure indicated for exercising the right of withdrawal, placing a new order for the replacement product, opting for the quickest shipping option available. This way you will make sure to receive the desired product quickly.

Items excluded from the right to replacement

The right to product replacement can be exercised for any product purchased on the Revée e-shop, with the exception of:

  • items that are tailor-made or clearly personalized, or that are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly,
  • sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons or for health protection ones and that, after the delivery, have been opened or were inseparably mixed with other goods.
